CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

TITLE: Wholesale Sales Associate
DEPARTMENT: Off Price & Private Label Sales
MANAGER: Jana Devino
LOCATION: Burbank, CA
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Director of Sales with projects needed
  • Prioritize tasks & keep Daily To-Do list: reach out to Director if not sure how to prioritize
  • Must own assigned projects from beginning to end
  • Monday download style & store selling reports for OP & and hard key Private Label data, review plans of action with Director, share with internal teams
  • Tuesday recap shipping updates to customers
  • ATS linesheets and excel inventory to buyers, then enter orders
  • Prep for OP Weekly TB meetings
  • Attend fittings and update notes, send samples for buyer approval
  • Understand how to use all systems properly ex) JOOR, FULL CIRCLE, MICROSOFT OUTLOOK, fluent in EXCEL – formulas & vlookups, Adobe text updates.
  • Manage all PO/EDI issues, shipping, communication with customer service and warehouse
  • Own Sample Log & racks-log/send incoming and outgoing to customers and Private label SMS, PPs & TOPs approvals.
  • Monthly online comp shopping and seasonal store visits, recap design team
  • Light Adobe PDF updating of boards to customers
  • Work with design, sourcing and production on customer requests. Make sure dev sheets are up to date with costs, design notes.
  • Work with accounts seasonally on digital asset needs
  • Answer product related, general questions
  • Upload seasonal images to Joor and/or NuOrder
  • Assisting in market recap meeting preparation and other special reporting or research projects as they arise
  • Support design & sourcing to keep sample line, swatches and boards organized
  • Own showroom/zoom/travel setup for all appointments
  • Own sample line and swatch racks, handle sending/receiving ensure all are labeled correctly and whereabouts noted on log
  • Manage all notes per accounts and support Director’s follow-up
  • Own sample and swatch return.
  • Manage all order entry and shipping, communication with customer service and warehouse
  • Ensure all pertinent order data is added to linesheets for each account

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, must have a positive attitude
  • Team player and reliable
  • Drives to help Director meet and exceed departments sales goals and customer expectations
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Respond/acknowledge all emails in a timely manner, sense of urgency
  • Strong Excel and Retail Math skills

TITLE: Senior Bottoms Designer
DEPARTMENT: Design
MANAGER: Debra Polanco
LOCATION: Burbank, CA

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and shops seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and trim
  • Create inspiration Mood Boards
  • Generate hand and Illustrator sketches including CADS’s
  • Produces detailed seasonal presentations
  • Create style boards for the area of responsibility, showing silhouette and color, fabric, print/pattern/embroidery options
  • Work with the graphic team to create print patterns and embroidery layouts
  • Request fabric spec sheets and trim detailed sheets from vendors
  • Wash design and approvals
  • Set up development pages and keep them updated through changes
  • Create and send out tech packs for all styles each season and ensure they are maintained, organized, and accurate, so that samples are developed efficiently
  • Communicate promptly and daily with overseas vendors and internal teams
  • Attend milestone meetings: Color/Mood, Sketch, Proto, Merch, Handover, and Target Fit
  • Work closely with all cross-functional teams- Tech, PD, and Production
  • Attend all fittings with the technical team and help determine the appropriate fit and be responsible for giving aesthetic and visual input
  • Maintain the spec, fabric, and trim library
  • Send all comments for artworks and lab dips
  • Adhere to all Design calendar deadlines
  • Organize proto sample rack
  • Ensure that salesman samples are tagged with disclaimers
  • Assist with any special projects needed
